Our association participated in person in the International Symposium and Congrestival USH2025, organized by the Dutch Stichting Usher Syndroom, which took place from 19 to 21 June 2025 in Nijmegen (the Netherlands).
December 3, 2025, at the Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital in Rome, brought together international clinicians and researchers to discuss the state of the art of gene therapies for inherited retinal diseases and the best metrics for assessing their efficacy.
"Hearing Loss, Deafness, and Innovation: The Contribution of Science, Institutions, and the Third Sector" was held on March 3, 2026, in Rome's Sala della Regina (Queen's Hall) of the Chamber of Deputies. The Symposium was promoted to mark the fifth National Awareness Day on Ear Diseases and Consequent Hearing Disorders, coinciding with World Hearing Day (WHO).
