It all began with silence. Noor was born profoundly deaf, and at first I didn&#8217;t even know there was a solution. When I discovered she could have surgery, I clung to that hope. <br \/>At just one year old, Noor underwent two complex surgeries: her inner ear was very small and there were numerous complications, but we never stopped fighting. I remember the anguish of those early days: the confirmation of total hearing loss at 6 months, the delay in walking&#8230; Yet, hope never faded.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33f277b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"33f277b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c9027e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c9027e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The greatest challenge came at 4 years old, with the diagnosis of Usher Syndrome Type 1. <br \/>The doctors explained to us that sight would be the next battle and that it all began with difficulty seeing in the dark. At that moment, my heart refused to accept it. I hoped for a transplant, for a miracle cure, for something that would stop the darkness.<br \/>Today, Noor is 5 years old, and we&#8217;re already noticing the first difficulties as evening falls.<br \/>Our life today is a constant commitment: every week, we bravely face speech therapy sessions and constant medical checkups to monitor her every step.
